Moms In Law, the first company to connect Stay At Home Moms with intellectually stimulating consulting engagements, has an immediate opening for an HR Recruiter who posesses excellent oral communication skills and previous experience sourcing potential candidates and conducting telephone interviews.
This is a great opportunity for a Stay At Home Mom who would like to commit 2-3 hours per day to identify legitimate candidate leads on behalf of our client. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with proven abilities to handle applicant information with confidentiality and absolute discretion.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently; is comfortable interacting with clients and employees, and has strong working knowledge of all aspects of HR including recruiting, employee management, contracts, and client support. This position also requires a land-line telephone, unlimited long distance and a quiet, professional area in which to make telephone calls.
